Acceptance of Terms:

Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders:
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
HerHive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate business reason.
Payments:
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. HerHive does not collect or store your debit card, UPI PIN, net banking password, or other banking credentials.
Shipping & Delivery:
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery location.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond HerHive’s reasonable control.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with HerHive’s published Return Policy.
Parcel Opening Video Requirement:
To ensure a fair and transparent return process, an uninterrupted, unedited parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims relating to:
- damaged products
- defective products
- wrong products received
- missing items
- incomplete orders
- refund requests
- Clearly show the sealed parcel before opening
- Clearly display the shipping label
- Show all sides of the parcel
- Record the complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
- Clearly show the product received and any defect, damage, or discrepancy.
Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 7 Days of delivery.
Return, replacement, or refund requests submitted without a complete and continuous parcel opening video may be rejected. HerHive reserves the right to reject any claims that does not comply with these requirements.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests generally cannot be accepted.
Intellectual Property:
All content available on this website, including but not limited to the HerHive name, logo, photographs, product images, designs, graphics, text, videos, and other materials, is the exclusive property of HerHive and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Privacy:
Customer information is collected, stored, and processed only in accordance with HerHive’s Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability:

Force Majeure:
HerHive shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, strikes, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, or failures of communication networks.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pala, Kottayam District, Kerala.
